Vilma Colon-Oliver had a buyer for my home before she put the sign in the front yard. She also had great ideas up front for marketing my home though she never really had to. Vilma was also very helpful once I moved away from Augusta in making sure that everything was in order for closing. She is a great communicator. I would use Vilma again in buying or selling a home in the CSRA.
